Student at Ruth Asawa School of the Arts as Student Ambassador in China
10th grader Kara Lee shares: "This summer was truly unforgettable! I found myself in the minds of others - literally! I had the opportunity to be a part of the movie
Inside Out 2, where I played a role in a group of nine teenage girls, called Riley's crew, on an emotional journey. I also attended the world premiere, walking the purple carpet alongside the stars! In addition, I was honored to be selected as a youth ambassador by mayor London Breed and my former principal Liana Szeto to represent San Francisco and the USA on a trip to Shanghai, an experience that broadened my perspective and fostered global connections." |
